Our mission
We exist to help immigrants understand their options, access trustworthy support, and find practical care in moments of uncertainty. Our work is rooted in dignity, faith, justice, and service to the public good.
What we do
Full immigration legal services, case screening, form preparation, petitions, agency support, and referrals through accredited representatives and volunteer attorneys.
Support for survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence, violent crimes, asylum seekers, refugees, and vulnerable families seeking safety.
Pastoral care, spiritual support, and jail or detention chaplaincy for individuals and families who request faith-based assistance.
A dedicated department for immigrant families affected by hurricanes, storms, and other disasters, especially those afraid to seek help because of immigration status.
Practical guidance, educational workshops, language and cultural orientation, and connections to trusted community resources.
When a matter requires specialized assistance outside our scope, we help connect families with qualified attorneys, agencies, and nonprofit partners.
Immigration legal services
Moriah provides immigration support through DOJ accredited representatives, volunteer attorneys, and trained community screening. We help clients understand possible pathways while protecting confidentiality and avoiding false promises.
No website can create an attorney-client or representative-client relationship. Immigration outcomes depend on individual facts, government rules, and agency discretion. Please contact us for a confidential screening.
